Creative Director of Turn On's UK office is Phil Niland who cut his television teeth on Channel 4's The Big Breakfast. He then joined Turn On Television and has remained at the company for the majority of the past ten years. Phil has been Series Producer of many of the company's hit shows such as Unlikely Lovers, Conmen Case Files, Pet Passport and Celebrities Exposed - Viva La Diva. He heads up the Development Department as well as overseeing all aspects of production in the UK.
